| Golf Courses: Kerry is renowned for its many wonderful championship golf courses including the famous Tralee Golf Club a breathtaking links course situated at The Barrow, Ardfert. In addition, there are a number of excellent golf courses located near the town, namely the world famous Ballybunion Golf Club, a new parkland course called Castleisland and Castlegregory.
Tralee Racecourse: The Ballybeggan course just 2 km from the town enjoys racing at its best. The June Bank Holiday meeting is an ideal way to enjoy the spirit of summer and traditional Kerry hospitality. The August meeting is the centre piece of the International Rose Of Tralee festival held annually and proves to be the highlight of the summer social calendar.
Kingdom Greyhound Stadium: The Stadium, developed to the highest standard provides racing twice weekly and three nights during the summer season.
Aquadome Tralee: One of Ireland's largest and most modern indoor water facilities, an outdoor adventure play area and also an 18 hole crazy golf course. Also for the Christmas Festive season the Aqua dome is host to Kerry’s Only Ice Skating Rink from December to January ’08.
Kerry County Museum: The Kerry County Museum at the Ashe Memorial Hall consists of a number of superb attractions which tell the story of Kerry and Ireland over the past 8,000 years.
National Folk Theatre of Ireland: Siamsa Tire theatre and Arts Centre runs a year round programme of arts activities including presenting its National Folk Theatre productions from April to October, reflecting Ireland’s great wealth of music, dance and folklore on stage.
